Dr. Will White: Guiding Men Through Life’s Transitions

With over 30 years of experience helping men navigate life’s pivotal transitions, Dr. Will White is a trailblazer in combining personal development with the transformative power of nature. He holds a Doctorate of Arts in Leadership and a Master’s in Social Work, equipping him with the tools to guide men through challenges, growth, and reinvention with purpose and clarity.

Will’s approach draws from a career as diverse as it is impactful. As co-founder of Summit Achievement—an internationally renowned program that integrates outdoor adventure and personal development—he understands the balance between pushing limits and finding space for reflection. His background in private practice, hospital settings, and mental health clinics has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges men face in times of transition, and how connection—to self, others, and nature—can catalyze true transformation.

Will’s personal journey has also shaped his philosophy. During a life-changing year in the 1990s, he traveled the world, summiting mountains and meditating in a Buddhist monastery. These experiences reinforced his belief that resilience and clarity come in moments of intentional pause, away from the noise of daily life. Now, as the founder of White Mountain Adventure Institute, Will creates retreats tailored to help men reconnect with their inner strength, realign their purpose, and forge the next chapter of their lives.
